The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the subject cited and they are requested to submit the proposals of each employee regarding Act-I of 2005 cases covered under G.O.330 in the following prescribed check list so as to implement the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of A.P., regarding revision of pension and refund of the recovered gratuity amount.

4. Post initially appointed
5. Qualifications
6. whether the individual got the benefit of G.O. Ms. No. 330 Education
(H1) Department dated 10.08.1983
7. whether the pay of the individual re-fiied from 10.08.1983 and
Gratuity recovered from the petitioner
8. Amount reduced due to the last pay drawn scale in pension
9. Date of retirement
10. Specific recommendation of the DEO that the claim of the individual
squarely covers under G.O. Ms. No. 330 Education (H1) Department
dated 10.08.1983.(court orders should be enclosed)
