Student Detained Service Available in studentinfo website
In student info website, Education department enabled student detained service. By this service we can detain a student in a particular class with mention a specific reason.
As per RTE Act, A children studying 1st class to 8th class can be promoted with out basing their performance in education and as well as attendance.
We checked this option in a school login, this service is not working for 1st class and working from 2nd class. As mentioned about RTE Act above, it may be used for 9th class and 10th class.
Anyway we suggest you that don’t use this until receiving proper orders from higher authorities.
Student Detained Service Details
- Go to studentinfo.ap.gov.in
- Extract Sidebar menu Admissions
- You can see option Student Detained Service
- After clicking on this link, We need to enter Student ID, then hit Get Details button
- Student detailes will be displayed, and there is an option to enter student detained reason and the date.
- After entering required details, hit Detain the student to detain.
Don’t use this option until further orders.
