Sub:- Submission of Bills during the Financial Year 2022-23 -Certain instructions issued – Regarding.

To regulate the timely presentation of bills in the Treasury, to regulate the expenditure with reference to the anticipated receipts for financial year 2022-23 &to facilitate the orderly preparation and completion of the budget exercisefor the Financial year 2023-24, the Government hereby order to fix 28-02-2023as the last date for submission of bills in the CFMS Portal under all HoAs except the HoAs viz. 010, 020, 040, 060, 070, 130/133, 140/141, 240/241,280, 290, 300, 310/311, 560/561 – Loan Servicing Bills, GPF, APGLI, Contingency Fund, Elections, Honorarium, Salary bills of Corporations & Bills relating to statutory compliances like IT, GST etc., and bills pertaining to own funds like local bodies including FC Grants, Mineral Development Fund, etc.
2. Further, all types of Bills pertaining to Raj Bhavan, Charged Expenditure, Natural Calamities, Decretal Charges & payments relating to Court/Legal matters are exempted from these restrictions.
3. The DT A, PAO, DW A and the CEO, APCFSS are requested to take necessary action accordingly & furnish detailed Head wise statement on the received bills as on 28-02-2023 to enable the Government to take further action in the matter.
