The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N SIVA REDDY Advocate for the Petitioners and of GP FOR EDUCATION Advocate for the Respondents and the Court made the following
COMMON ORDER:
“Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be interim direction directing the respondents not to take up any rationalization of aided staff, pursuant to the G.O.Ms.No.59 School Education (PS) Dept, dated 22.06.2023, till further orders.
