BRAOU Distance Education Degree Certificate Fee Details : General & Tatkal (2024-25)

Official Degree Certificate Fee Structure

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) offers two types of degree certificate issuance services for distance education students:

1. General Application (Normal Processing)

Processing Time: 30-45 working days after application submission

2. Tatkal (Express Processing)

Processing Time: 7-10 working days

How to Apply for Degree Certificate?

Online Application Process

1. Visit BRAOU official website: https://braouonline.in
2. Go to “Student Services” → “Degree Certificate Application”
3. Fill the form with:

• Enrollment Number
• Year of Passing
• Personal Details

1. Upload:

• Passport Photo
• ID Proof
• Final Year Marks Memo

1. Pay fees online (Debit/Credit/Net Banking)
2. Take printout of application for future reference

Offline Application Process

1. Download form from BRAOU website or collect from regional center
2. Submit with DD of required fee payable to:

“The Registrar, Dr. BRAOU, Hyderabad”

3. Send to:
   The Controller of Examinations,
   Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University,
   Road No. 46, Jubilee Hills,
   Hyderabad – 500033

Required Documents

• Attested copy of final year marks memo
• ID proof (Aadhar/Voter ID)
• Passport size photo (2 copies)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)

Important Notes

✔ Verification Required: Original documents must be presented at regional center if requested
✔ Name Correction: Additional ₹500 fee for name corrections (submit gazette notification)
✔ Duplicate Certificate: ₹3,000 fee for re-issuance of lost certificates (with police complaint copy)
