In continuation to the letter vide reference 2nd cited and the requests were received from the District Educational Officers regarding a day gap between the last examination and commencement of Spot for making the necessary arrangements for the conduct of spot valuation.
In this regard. The Spot Valuation is hereby re-scheduled to be conducted from 01.04.2024 to 08.04.2024 for 08 days continuously throughout the state in the valuation centers situated in the district Headquarters. On 01.04.2024 i.e., reporting day for AEs/CEs/Spl Assts., an Orientation Programme has to be conducted on Bar-coding system,, in the forenoon session and valuation to be commenced in afternoon session
