In view of the circumstances explained by Sri P. Bhuvana Chandra, Master of Good Handwriting in the reference read above, permission is hereby accorded to all the District Educational Officers in the State to facilitate Amma Odi Institution to conduct training courses for students on improving their Handwriting and Calligraphy.
All the Headmasters of Government schools in the state are requested to facilitate the conduct of training courses for students on improving their Handwriting and Calligraphy by Amma Odi institution free of cost subject to the condition that the normal school environment and academic schedule should not be disturbed.
Sri P. Bhuvana Chandra, Master of Good Handwriting, Amma Odi Handwriting and Calligraphy Institute is informed, that the organization shall take up the training courses free of cost and also to ensure that the data is not used for any other purpose without the consent of the department.
