2. Meeting held on 16.11.2023 with all the Mandal Educational Officers I. and II
ORDER:
In Pursuance of the instructions issued in the references read above all the Mandal Educational Officers I and II and Deputy Educational Officers in the district are instructed to visit all the Schools in their Jurisdiction within 03 days and submit their visit report in the proforma appended to this proceedings duly verifying the following.
1. Availability of all text books and work books with all the Students.
2. Completion of Syllabus upto SA-I.
3. Correction of Note Books and Workbooks with dates and initials,
4. To Verify the Valuation of Answer Scripts of FAI, FA2 tests and enter the marks in the registers.
The Visit Reports should reach to the undersigned on or before 23.11.2023, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
