School Education – Allocation of Budget for an amount of Rs.17,28,000/- towards payment of Honorarium to the District Project Monitoring Unit Team working under Toilet Maintenance Fund for the months of Jan,23 to March,2023 and arrears if any – Certain instructions- Issued.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are drawn to the reference cited, where in an amount of Rs. rz.zs.ooo/- has been allocated to the District towards Honorarium to Ayahs from January,23 to March,2023 along with pending payments if any. The details of district wise allocation of budget is hereunder.
The District Educational Officers which are having the sufficient amount available with them in TMF PD Account are instructed to utilize the for the same.
The District Educational Officers are requested to generate the bills towards payment of Honorarium to the staff of DPMU working under TMF. They are also instructed to ensure that the payments to the DPMU Team are credited. TOP PRIORITY should be given to item of work.
