Sri Budithi Rajsekhar, IAS (1992). Special Chief Secretary to Government, who is waiting for posting is posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department.

The following posting and transfer of I.A.S. Officers are ordered with immediate
(1) On return from leave, Sri Budithi Rajsekhar, IAS (1992), Special Chief Secretary to Government, who is waiting for posting is posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department, vice Sri Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, IAS (1993) transferred.
(2) On transfer, Sri Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, IAS (1993) is posted as Special Commissioner, Rythu Bharosa Kendras and Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Cooperation Department, relieving Sri Y. Madhusudhan Reddy, IFS (1990) from the full additional charge.
The Member of Service is also placed in full additional charge of the posts of (i) Principal Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries Department and (ii) Principal Secretary to Government (Sugar), Industries & Commerce Department, relieving Sri Y. Madhusudhan Reddy, IFS (1990) from the full additional charge.
The Member of Service shall continue to hold the full additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary to Government (Mines). Industries & Commerce Department, until further orders.
