All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators, and the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the state are hereby informed that it came to the notice of the undersigned that some posts that are actually to be filled from Treasuries and other Departments are being filled with the staff of the DEO either on promotion or on deputation.
Therefore, all the DEOS/ APCS are hereby requested not to give any promotions against the posts that are to be filled from other Departments under Samagra Shiksha without proper orders from the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
