2. From the CSE, Lr.Rc.No.ESE02-13/90/2021-EST 3-CSE-Part(6), dated: 08.07.2022
ORDER:
In the G.O 1 read above, Government have issued certain guidelines/norms for re-apportionment of teaching staff among various managements viz., Government, Zilla Parishad/ Mandal Praja Parishadi Schools, to maintain Teacher Pupil Ratio as per RTE Norms in the State.
In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of School Education proposed certain amendments to the G.O. 1 read above and requested to issue necessary orders.
Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby issue following amendment, in partial modification to the orders issued in Annexure to G.O.Ms.No.117, School Education (Services-II) Department, Dated.10.06.2022:
The Commissioner of School Education, shall take further necessary action, accordingly, in the matter.
