We are hereby attaching the list of teachers who are continuing course, Only completed the baseline test, and have not yet completed the baseline test. 

1. Action to be taken

• Continuing:- Instruct them to complete the course and ask them to act as mentors 
• Baseline not completed: Instruct them to join the complete the baseline test with the link and join in the course
• Baseline completed but not joined in the course: Instruct them to join the course with the given link and continue the course with the support of mentors

2. Login by entering Email/Mobile and Date of Birth (DOB)

• Note : Use the Email Id / Mobile that you filled in the Google form (Baseline survey).
• Date of Birth is in the format: DDMMYYYY      ( don’t keep any slash or point in between)
