Vide Reference cited, it was requested all the Deputy Inspectors General and District Registrars to instruct the Sub Registrars under their control not to allow entry of Unauthorised Persons, including Brokers/Touts/Mediators and Document Writers into the Offices and also if these instructions are not adhered to strictly, drastic action will be taken against them.
It has come to the Notice of the Undersigned time and again that the A.C.B Authorities mentioning the fact of seizing Unaccounted money from Unauthorized Document Writers/Stamp Vendors/Private Persons etc., during the A.C.B Surprise Checks conducted at Sub Registrar Offices.
As such, it has been reiterating once again the instructions issued vide reference cited and hereby instructed not to allow entry of Unauthorised Persons. including Brokers/Touts/Mediators and Document Writers into the Offices.
Any deviation will be viewed very seriously and suitable disciplinary action will be taken against them. All the Deputy Inspectors General. District Registrars are requested to instruct all the Sub Registrars under their control on this aspect and get the acknowledgement.
